**Responsibilities: -**
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Assist visitors to meet the right person or office.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Preparing and sending proposals and invoices, processing and tracking payments and deliveries, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining records and reports on sales performance and targets.
- A Office Coordinator, is an individual who acknowledges customers when they arrive in an establishment and handles paperwork related to their position.
**Requirements and skills: -**
- Proven work experience as a numerical, administrative, and customer service skills, as well as a familiarity with the publishing industry and its customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Administration and basic Computer skills.
- Skilled customer engagement, problem solving, and various software operations.
- Results-driven with solid administrative and financial management skills.
- Publishing Coordinator needs to be flexible, adaptable, and resilient, as well as enthusiastic and motivated.
- Coordinator has to be pleasant, have good listening skills and be able to provide the correct information when asked.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
