Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily follow-ups with internal teams and vendors
- Coordinating tasks and tracking timely completion
- Managing CEO’s schedule and reminders
- Making calls, noting updates, and maintaining follow-through
- Preparing Excel sheets and Word documents
- Basic office administration and assistance in daily tasks
- Supporting in small personal tasks when needed
Mandatory Requirements:
- Married woman, preferably with children
- Experience in coordination, admin, or secretarial role (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent follow-up and calling skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Simple personality and dependable nature
- Staying within 45 minutes of Noida Sector 5
- Comfortable working in a Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM schedule
Should be honest, stable in past jobs, and not frequently changing companies
