**Experience and Key Skills**:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in any stream.

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.**

**Experience in making Sales Performa.**

**Soft Skills**:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

The role is typically performed in a factory setting, involving frequent interaction with machinery and production staff.
