**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales stream.
- Proven experience in field sales or team management is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic field environment.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹4.90 LPA (based on profile & experience)
