**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advice Diabetic/Pre-Diabetic patients on their medical condition and evaluate if Remission/Reversal is possible
- Build long term relationships with Diabetic patients to advise them on their Diabetes condition
- Understand the needs of the patients and accordingly tailor a pitch for a Remission program
- Ensure that all the leads assigned to individuals should get called within a given TAT.
- Build pipeline through relationship building and structured proper follow-up
- To constantly chase and exceed the efficiency benchmarks in terms of:

- Effective calls per day
- Effective conversions from qualified leads Effective revenues per conversion

**Desired Skill Set**:

- Medical background (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS)
- Ability to understand the pulse of the potential customer and driving closures
- Negotiation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Being tech-savvy is a plus
