**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable **Program Advisor** to guide and support participants in achieving their educational, professional, or program-related goals. The Program Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing information, resources, and personalized guidance to ensure a positive and successful program experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current program participants.
- Provide detailed information about program structure, requirements, and outcomes.
- Advise participants on course selection, schedules, and program progression.
- Monitor participant progress and provide timely feedback or recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and administrative teams to address participant needs.
- Assist with the development of program materials, resources, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate participant records and prepare progress or completion reports.
- Organize and participate in orientation sessions, workshops, and program events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, program updates, and best practices to provide relevant advice.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in academic advising, program coordination, or a similar advisory role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or program management software.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting participant success.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., higher education, training & development, non-profit programs].
- Knowledge of relevant accreditation requirements or industry standards.
- Familiarity with CRM or Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Pay: ₹9,779.79 - ₹45,000.00 per month
