**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps (Android/iOS), dashboards, and other digital products.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into seamless designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive design across various screen sizes.
- Maintain design consistency across all projects with reusable components and style guides.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.
- Suggest improvements in UX flows for existing projects.
- Collaborate during testing to refine usability and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX design work.
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Good understanding of responsive design, design systems, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to create both low
- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with tools like InVision, Framer, Zeplin, or Lottie.
- Knowledge of mobile design guidelines (Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS).
- Ability to conduct user testing and analyze results.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
