**About the Role**

We are looking for a **UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma** to join our team and play a key role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to create user-centric designs that enhance the digital experience.

**Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design & Wireframing**: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in **Figma**.
- **User Research & Testing**: Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and analyze user behavior to optimize design.
- **Responsive & Interactive Design**: Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- **Design System & Components**: Build and maintain a **design system** for consistency across the product.
- **Collaboration with Developers**: Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- **Accessibility & Usability**: Follow **WCAG** guidelines to make designs inclusive.
- **Data Visualization & AI Integration**: Design intuitive **dashboards** and UI for AI-driven insights.
- **Iterative Improvements**: Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback and analytics.

**Required Skills**:

- **Figma Expertise** - Strong experience with auto-layout, components, and design tokens.
- **UI/UX Fundamentals** - Typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy.
- **Prototyping & Wireframing** - Ability to create interactive prototypes.
- **Responsive Design** - Mobile-first and adaptive UI design.
- **User Research & Testing** - A/B testing, heatmaps, and UX improvements.
- **Collaboration & Communication** - Ability to work in an **Agile/Scrum** environment with developers and stakeholders.
- **Basic Frontend Knowledge** - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and React (bonus).

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**
- **Data Visualization**: Ability to create charts, graphs, and dashboards for software solutions.
- **Motion UI & Microinteractions**: Knowledge of UI animations for enhanced user experience.
