**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Teach design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Photoshop.

Provide hands-on training in user research, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.

Develop and deliver interactive course content, assignments, and real-world projects.

Guide students in creating professional UI/UX portfolios.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and industry standards.

Provide feedback and mentorship to students to enhance their design skills.

Collaborate with the team to improve the training curriculum.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:.Freshers can apply

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Passion for teaching and inspiring new designers.
