**Internship Overview**:
Are you passionate about crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences? This internship offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user interface and experience design while working on real client projects and innovative internal tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, navigation components, and page layouts.
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Assist in prototyping, usability testing, and gathering design requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, or **Adobe Creative Suite**.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science**, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A personal portfolio showcasing past design work or projects.
