**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team in Dehradun. In this role, you will design user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces for both mobile and web-based platforms. Your designs will directly influence how users engage with our products and impact overall user satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design modern, intuitive UX/UI solutions.- Conduct basic user research and analysis to understand user behavior and inform design decisions.- Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes that align with product goals.- Translate user needs and business requirements into seamless, accessible, and responsive designs.- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of UI components.- Contribute to creating scalable, reusable design systems and maintaining design consistency.- Assist in identifying UX gaps and incorporate feedback into continuous design improvements.- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools in the industry.

**Requirements**:
- 0-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role (internship/project experience is also considered).- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and accessibility standards.- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, or prototypes (academic or professional).- Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and how designs translate into development.
