**Responsibilities**:

- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e. g. usability, findability).
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Create personas through user research and data.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

**Required Skills**:

- Figma Proficiency:

- Strong working knowledge of Figma and its features, including prototyping, component libraries, and collaboration tools.
- UI/UX Design:

- Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
- Visual Design:

- Skills in visual communication, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Wireframing and Prototyping:

- Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design ideas.
- User Research:

- Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving:

- Ability to identify and solve design problems effectively.
- Responsive Design:

- Familiarity with responsive design principles for different devices and screen sizes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
