**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered digital experiences that align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process and previous projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Github, motion design, or data visualization.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Background in graphic design, illustration, or similar creative field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
