**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Stay updated on UX/UI best practices, emerging trends, and design tools.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve designs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of **UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design**.
- Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles** (basic coding knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and usability.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience designing for **web, mobile apps, and multi-platform products**.
- Familiarity with **usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools**.
- Knowledge of **motion design, micro-interactions, or 3D design**.
- Prior work in **agile or cross-functional product development teams**.
