**Job Summary**:
The Cold Caller & Customer Follow-Up Executive will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers, engaging with existing clients to address inquiries, and following up on outstanding payments. This individual will play a key role in driving new business and ensuring financial health by collecting payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Attend inbound calls from existing customers, addressing queries related to products, services, and account status.
- Provide excellent customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue or outstanding payments in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all cold calls, customer interactions, and payment follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales, accounts, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient payment collection processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer service (1-2 years).
- **Technical Skills**:Microsoft Excel and Word

**- Soft Skills**:Excellent verbal communication, Strong negotiation and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
