**PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE**
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Technisant for Pre - sales executive to join our zestful and exuberant team of professionals. As a Pre-sales executive, you will be entrusted with understanding the customer’s problem statement and advocating our product's functionality, architecture, and security. The success of your sales pitch depends largely on the accuracy of your analysis to identify the customer pain points and provide expert solutions, presentations, workshops, and IT architecture capability demonstrations to the customer throughout the sales cycle.

**Experience Required**: 1-3 year experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams and Sales directors to ideate and assemble business proposal for software product development and related services
- Prepare professional response to RFP/RFI’s
- Be part of the pre-sales proposal lifecycle or bid management.
- Create high-quality client facing presentations and documents related to software products, technology & services.
- Be aware of technical solutions and perform critical comparison of business solution
- Ability to articulate enterprise solutions and information architecture
- Communicate and manage internal stakeholders responsible in building proactive pipeline
- Work with technical leads and product designers to understand and articulate business solutions
- The job may require flexibility in work hours to collaborate with stakeholders in different time-zones

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as presales executive in IT (Cyber Security) SAAS Platform
- Must have excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the cyber security industry and security solution landscape
- Proven ability to understand and demonstrate IT infrastructure & security of SaaS products
- Good understanding of cloud security solutions and Security architecture and design experience
- Experience developing supporting pre-sales and marketing is desirable.
- Keen interest in business processes from the perspective of digital enablement/ improvement, to leverage new technological & business management advancements for next-generation business requirement.
- Prowess in English language will be required to articulate solutions and proposed software success roadmaps.
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Threat Management
- Strong industry experience, especially across Indian markets
- Relationship management skills; able to manage contacts up and down throughout internal and client organizations

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in a technical startup company
- Preferably someone who has experience in Software Solution Industry/Cloud Solutions Industry/App development business or any SaaS product based company
- Experience working in B2B settings and with sales teams is preferred

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelors in Engineering or Any graduate experience in IT Industry
