Required Psychologist for Evening Shift

Jaipur, India Felicity.Care Full time

Conduct therapy video sessions of 45 minutes on the felicity platform for the assigned Clients.

Respond to the Client’s messages on the felicity platform 3-4 times a day

Manage one’s calendar - keep available slots updated at all points

Maintain the decorum of a Therapist and Client relationship in all interactions with Client.

Start the sessions on time and adhere to standard guidelines. At the end, summarize the session and get an agreement on the next session date and share exercises if mentioned to the Client on chat. Also, make Client notes within 24 hours of the session time.

Analyze Client’s needs - Therapist is expected to guide the Clients in the right direction. If a psychiatrist needs to be involved, highlight that to the Felicity admin and the Client. Similarly, if a case is too complicated and Therapist is struggling to handle it, highlight it to the Felicity Team.

Deliver improved wellbeing to Clients - work with them in resolving their issues.
