As a Customer Support Executive, your work is to convert sales prospects to become
customers of सादा / SAADAA, as well as support current customers regarding their order-related queries.
**Responsibility**:
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful
discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide timely resolution
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Coordinate with Delivery Partners for arranging timely delivery of products
**Skills**:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - **English is a must**. Any extra language is a bonus.
- Good at up-selling and converting negative customer experiences to positive ones.
- Comfortable with technology: Shopify, Google Sheets, Task Management tool.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Servicing role is an added advantage.
**Expected salary up to Rs. 20000 / month**
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
