Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software like QuickBooks.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly and accurately.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure timely filing of tax documents and compliance with US accounting standards.

Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Coordinate with US-based teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably for a US-based business.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks).

Experience in handling accounts for IT consulting and services firms is a plus.

**Skills**:Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with US-based teams.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with US payroll and tax compliance.

Experience with project-based accounting for IT consulting firms.

Knowledge of financial reporting for multi-state operations in the US.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
