**Key Responsibilities**:

- Updates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts receivable details and control accounts
- Corrects accounting errors and posts journal entry adjustments
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile various bank accounts by compiling and balancing financial information
- Update accounts receivable accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Review of expenses, payroll records etc.
- Accounts Receivables & Vendor Payments Management
- Helps secure sensitive financial data by assisting other team members with database creation and maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintains accounting records of subsidiary branches using balance sheet analysis and general ledger accounts.
- Support audits and other financial reviews as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally)
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Sum If, If Sum, Pivot Tables & Conditional Formulas.
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
