**Job Summary**:
The Executive - Accounts will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in various financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

Maintain and update ledgers, trial balances, and balance sheets.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation and queries.

Support the audit process by providing required data and documentation.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

1+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP).

Good communication and analytical skills.
