**Reports to**: Head of Primary Education /Principal

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a nurturing and dedicated **Pre-Primary Teacher** to inspire, guide, and educate our youngest learners. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where young children can develop foundational skills, social-emotional learning, and a love for learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Execution**: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that include interactive activities, stories, songs, and hands-on projects to foster cognitive, motor, and social skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a warm, welcoming, and organized classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and respects each child’s individual needs and pace of learning.
- **Early Childhood Development**: Monitor and assess students’ progress in areas such as language, literacy, math, and physical skills, offering encouragement and support for growth.
- **Communication with Parents/Guardians**: Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, any concerns, and ways to support learning at home.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with other teachers, assistants, and school staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment, sharing best practices and contributing to team goals.
- **Classroom Activities and Engagement**: Plan and conduct art, music, storytelling, and outdoor activities to engage children in active learning.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a pre-primary or early childhood teacher is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- **Other Requirements**: Knowledge of child safety practices, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to connect well with young children.
