As a Teacher Volunteer, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of educational content to students from underserved communities at our **Gully Kids Pathshala** Center.

This role involves teaching, mentoring, and creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment to ensure the educational needs of students are met.

In addition to books, you can share knowledge through engaging activities like crafts and games.

P.S. At **Gully Kids Pathshala,** we focus on activity-based learning More than just books, you can spread knowledge through specific activities such as playing games, making crafts, and so on.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Instruction and Curriculum Provision**:

- **Create and present lesson plans that support the educational objectives of the NGO.**:

- **Adapt teaching strategies to the cultural circumstances and learning styles of your children and kids.**

**2. Evaluation and Assistance for Students**:

- **Evaluate children development and pinpoint areas that require further help.**:

- **To assist children in overcoming obstacles, give them individualized attention and mentorship.**

**Job Types**: Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
