Preschool Counselor

We’re seeking a compassionate, understanding, and qualified **Pre-School Counselor** to join our team and contribute to building a warm, supportive environment where every child can flourish.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Observe and assess preschool children to recognize their emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
- Offer individual and group counseling sessions to assist children in coping with challenges such as separation anxiety, introversion, or behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to design effective strategies that foster emotional well-being and positive classroom conduct.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in counseling or working with young children in a school or daycare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Hindi.
