We're seeking a compassionate, understanding, and qualified Pre-School Counselor to join our team and contribute to building a warm, supportive environment where every child can flourish.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Observe and assess preschool children to recognize their emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
  • Offer individual and group counseling sessions to assist children in coping with challenges such as separation anxiety, introversion, or behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to design effective strategies that foster emotional well-being and positive classroom conduct.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in counseling or working with young children in a school or daycare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Hindi.
