Are you passionate about supporting the emotional and social growth of young children?
We’re looking for a **caring, empathetic, and skilled Pre-School Counselor** to join our team and help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

**Your Role**:

- Observe and evaluate preschoolers to identify their emotional, social, or behavioral needs.
- Provide individual and small-group counseling to help children overcome challenges like separation anxiety, shyness, or behavior difficulties.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to develop strategies that promote emotional health and positive classroom behavior.
- Support teachers with behavior management approaches and encourage active participation among students.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in counseling or working with young children in a school or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in **English and Hindi**.
- A good grasp of **child behavior management** and **classroom dynamics**.
