1) Onboard MFDs who confirm the subscription for FINEXA by initiating the requisite process

2) Handhold MFDs on the usage of Finexa till they are comfortable with all the features

3) Arrange and execute training of FINEXA for the investors of MFDs

4) Engage in periodical interaction with MFDs, seek feedback/ suggestions for improvement/ enhancements, and build long-term relationships enabling retention

5) Ideate with the Marketing Team at FINLABS to decide relevant Webinar topics for MFDs on quarterly frequency intervals and also take the lead for organising the same

6) Design and drive Referral Programs for MFDs to increase adoption of FINEXA

7) Obtain Testimonials on FINEXA from subscribed MFDs that will be used by marketing team

8) Improve engagement with subscribed and potential MFDs by creating a regular Whatsapp Broadcast in the following manner:

- NEWS Curation (Weekly)
- Educational Content (Fortnightly)

Operations

9) Track & resolve MFDs queries/ complaints and ensure their closure with TATs in close co-ordination with FINEXA development team

10) Periodically test the system, review the features vis-à-vis competition, look-out for gaps and scope the enhancement in Finexa to keep it up-to-date

11) Browse BSE Star/NSE NMF/MFU for updates to their platform and line up those to be integrated within FINEXA in co-ordination with respective platforms

12) Keep yourself updated on the process & regulatory changes in wealth management space for the purposes of upgrading FINEXA accordingly.

13) Follow-up for fee renewals from MFDs who have subscribed to the system

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
