**Job Description - Mutual Fund Backoffice Operations Executive**
Job Location - Mumbai Western Suburb : Kandivali (E)

**What are we looking for / Job Description**

We are looking for Mutual Fund Operations executives to join our team. If you are from a financial domain, understand the world of finance, or have an experience working for an financial services firm especially in back office Mutual Fund operations or have done professional courses in finance then you will love this position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand Clients’ Investments needs
- Managing Mutual Funds transaction processing for clients
- Updating of CRM and various other systems
- Creating MIS, Reports, end of day reports
- Relationship management with fund house RMs
- Prepare Financial plans for clients and presenting them
- Meeting Targets and Client Retention goals.
- Answer clients’ questions, address concerns and resolve them as per SLAs
- Regularly review clients’ portfolio and have continuous engagement
- Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections, Tax implications for clients
- Continuous communication with clients’ to stay up to date with their financial status
- Building and maintaining your client base.

**Qualifications required**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
- Knowledge of Financial & Securities market and Insurance
- 1-2 years of experience as a back office Mutual funds executive / Client Relationship manager or similar role
- Certification Financial Domain like CFP, CFA, NISM certification will be added advantage
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Social Media professional tools like Linked In, Facebook etc
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken English is must.
