Back Office Responsibilities:

- Manage mutual fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Tele Calling Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and prospects
- Provide product information, resolve queries, and offer support
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products

Relationship Management Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

CRM Responsibilities:

- Manage and update CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track client interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in mutual fund operations, sales, or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, regulations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
