Mutual Fund Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Excel Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and macros to manipulate and analyze large datasets related to mutual funds, including historical performance data, portfolio holdings, fund flows, and investor demographics.
- Investment Research: Conduct thorough research on various mutual funds, analyzing their investment strategies, risk profiles, historical returns, and benchmark comparisons. Provide recommendations on fund selection and asset allocation based on the research findings.
- Portfolio Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of mutual fund portfolios by comparing them against relevant benchmarks and industry standards. Generate reports and presentations highlighting performance metrics, risk analysis, attribution analysis, and other key indicators.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to assess the impact of different investment strategies, market scenarios, and asset allocations on mutual fund performance. Use modeling techniques to optimize portfolio composition and risk management.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and portfolio managers to address their inquiries and provide insights on investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements governing mutual funds. Ensure all activities and processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and financial news to identify potential risks and opportunities impacting mutual fund performance. Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders on market developments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to support mutual fund initiatives and deliver integrated solutions to clients. Collaborate on product development and enhancement projects.

Experience
- Proven experience 1-2year in the mutual fund industry, with a strong understanding of different fund types, investment strategies, and risk management practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, data visualization techniques, and automation using VBA macros.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks governing the mutual fund industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
