**Role**:Accounts Executive - US Operations
**Experience**:2+ Years
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Validation of AR & AP Invoices.
- Processing the payments for AP invoices.
- Coordinating with the Customers for payment related issues.
- Answering Client questions related to Invoices, Net terms, and Net term deductions.
- Reporting on accrual profit.
- Coordination with internal teams before every payroll, to check the status of projects on billing.
- Add/Change/Terminate assignment in Payroll software. (QuickBooks - Online).
- Preparation of employee W2/1099 accounts/Balance sheets.
- Preparing the payroll sheet with their time hours and billable rate and along with their percentage of payment.
- Preparation of Financial reports & MIS.
- Preparing cash-flow on monthly basis and updating managing directors on accrual receivables for the internal expense planning.
- Preparing quarterly projections.
- Reconciliation of payments made to insurance companies and deductions made from the
consultant’s payroll calculations.
- Reconciliation of Customer payments.
- Generating product-based invoices by referring to tickets raised and their payment related issues.
- Assisting in filling the tax returns with CPA
**Work Location**:Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from office)
**Shift Timings**:Night Shift
**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
