Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented US Accounting Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable management, and handling tax notices in compliance with US accounting and tax standards

.Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) — invoicing, collections follow-up, and payment posting.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) — vendor management, invoice verification, and payment processing.Coordinate with clients, US-based CPAs, and tax advisors for financial reviews and audits.Maintain compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of US Accounting & GAAPProficiency in BookkeepingExperience managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableHands-on experience in handling IRS and state tax noticesExpertise in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero, or NetSuiteStrong skills in Excel and Financial Reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹350,000.00 per year
