**DESIGNATION**: Sales Coordinator

**JOB SUMMARY**

Tendering - Online Bidding, Sealed-bid, Reverse auction, etc.
- Proposal Preparation, Renewal/AMC Proposals - Based on clients requirement.
- Vendor registration and contract management.
- Documentation & maintenance of records of Service Agreement, NDA, MSA, SLA,

Addendum to agreement, SPA, SDPA, SBAA, etc.
- Tracking of PO
- Renewals of PO
- Creating Fresh Proposal and review and suggest over T&C, Value, Service, Customer

details, documentation for PO execution, follow up on PO.
- Coordination with the technical Leads and Service Delivery Manager for details related

with SOW & attendance.
- Maintain record of resources deployed at client site. Verify the data and invoice

accordingly.
- Understanding & Resolving customer query by coordinating with sales/presale team.
- Manage schedules of sales team, fixing up appointments for demo, collection etc.,

keeping track of their appointments
- Get scope of work, bill of material, pricing etc. from internal teams, principles etc.

**QUALIFICATION**

Graduation in any field
