Join a leading UK-based digital agency expanding in India We’re hiring a Paid Meta Specialist to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for UK and Indian markets. If you excel in audience targeting, ad optimization, and performance tracking, join our award-winning team shaping the future of digital marketing.

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Meta Analyst, with strong experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

You should have deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, understand audience targeting, campaign objectives, and performance optimization strategies. A solid grasp of analytics, testing methodologies, and reporting is essential.

You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team to drive results for clients targeting the Indian and UK markets.

**You should be able to**:

- Develop high-performing Meta ad campaigns.
- Optimize spending and performance in real time.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with Meta’s evolving ad capabilities and trends.

**Role**
- Manage and execute Paid Social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Paid Social Performance for the UK Market Own strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization of Meta ad campaigns.
- Forecasting & Budgeting Provide performance-based budget forecasts and input into overall campaign planning.
- Creative Collaboration Work closely with the in-house creative team to build compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
- Reporting & Analytics Track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights.
- Testing & Optimization Develop and execute test plans to improve campaign performance over time.
- Industry Awareness Keep up with Meta ad platform updates, digital marketing trends, and new ad formats/features.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Test-and-learn attitude with proven campaign success stories.
