About the Role

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist who can efficiently set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role focuses primarily on performance optimization and basic client communication through WhatsApp and MS Teams. All creatives and ad copies will be provided — your main responsibility is to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up Meta ad campaigns using provided creatives and ad copies.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance (CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc.).
  • Liaise with customers and vendors via MS Teams to coordinate creative and copy updates.
  • Maintain accurate campaign details in the provided tracker.
  • Notify clients when campaigns are launched or optimized.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports using Google Data Studio (template provided).
  • Use Supermetrics data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
  • Present campaign analysis and recommendations for review.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with Google Data Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of Supermetrics or similar data connectors is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in client communication and digital marketing reporting.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or performance marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
