**Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Process)**

**Location**: Chandigarh IT Park
**Employment Type**: Full-time (Work from Office)
**Shift**: Rotational (night) | 5 Days Working

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **Customer Service Representatives** for a leading **US-based healthcare company**. The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, assisting with healthcare-related inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you have excellent **English communication skills, prior experience in an international voice process**, and can work in a **rotational night shift environment**, we would love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interface with **US-based customers** via inbound calls, addressing their queries professionally.
- Provide **outstanding customer service** by greeting callers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clarify customer needs, identify issues, and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a **high level of accuracy** in documenting interactions and updating customer records.
- Support customers across **telecommunication and healthcare-related services**.
- Follow **company procedures** and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Fluency in English** (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- **Immediate joiners** will be given preference.
- Prior experience in an **international BPO (voice process)** is a must.
- Must be flexible to work in a **rotational night shift environment**.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to handle queries efficiently.
- Willingness to **relocate to Chandigarh IT Park** for an in-office role.
