
Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customer needs and provide accurate and relevant information or solutions.
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, determining the cause, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries.
Process customer orders, returns, or exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs or preferences.
Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns, empathizing with their situation, and taking appropriate actions to resolve their problems.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and rapport.
Document customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, or complaints in a detailed and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other team members or departments to provide seamless customer service and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes.
Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training, workshops, or self-study.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and find appropriate resolutions.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions or transactions.
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, or ticketing systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
