**Customer Service Executive (Telecalling) - UniSearch India**
We are looking for experienced, people-oriented and results-driven Customer Service Executives (Telecalling) to source, engage, and recruit quality prospects interested in global study abroad solutions, playing a valuable role in establishing UniSearch as a leading international student recruitment services provider in the region.
Core Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and staying up-to-date with in-depth brand knowledge of UniSearch’s core functionalities, promotional campaigns, marketing activities and more
- Collaborating and communicating with relevant departments and Marketing personnel to understand and implement UniSearch’s brand positioning during client interactions
- Conducting oneself as a brand ambassador for UniSearch with a respectful, professional, and caring demeanor toward all clients
- Calling and following up on potential and active leads to introduce UniSearch to, and engage prospects with, our services
- Responding in detail to client queries, concerns, and requests for further information and support regarding UniSearch’s services and campaigns
- Sourcing, maintaining and updating contact details of prospective leads, active and previous clients, and so forth
- Acting as a brand guardian and representing UniSearch’s distinct brand voice and philosophy during each consumer interaction
- Taking note of consumer feedback and communicating these to the relevant departments
- Keeping track of verbal agreements of terms or solicitations of services and communicating these to the appropriate departments
- Attending necessary training and group meetings to stay up to date with role expectations and outcomes as well as company goals and outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Relevant work experience in a customer service role
- Persuasive skills in engaging prospects and driving sales
- Professional, respectful, and caring demeanor during all customer interactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible workflow with excellent time management skills
- Tertiary-level academic qualifications
Job Benefits:
