Corporate Structured Product team provides tailor-made solutions at Holdco/OpCo/Promoter level. The solutions are structured to provide

finance in a way that best fits specific financial needs of customers.

Job Role:
The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

- Handling team of RM and driving origination business for entire North region.
- The role provides an opportunity to work across asset classes & sectors - senior secured loans/NCD, High Yield debt
- Client facing end to end deal lead - business & deal analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, negotiations
- Working with credit and taking ownership of driving the entire credit approval process with approvers
- Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal.

Job Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes / CA with 10-12 years post qualification experience
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and Problem Solving
- Team Orientation and Customer Focus
