Followup with Suppliers for relevant documents

4 External Sustainability Audit (ESA) Send Nominations to SPR Identified Suppliers
Followup with Supplier for filling the form
Followup with Suppliers for Initiating Audit with 3rd Party
Followup with Suppliers for Timelines for process steps
Continuous Followup with Suppliers till Closure.i.e. ESA Certified

5 Carbon Web Assesment (CWA) Send Nominations to SPR Identified Suppliers
Followup with Supplier for filling the form to understand current Carbon Levels
Followup with Suppliers for Measures to bridge the GAP between Current and Target Values
Followup with Suppliers for Timelines for process steps
Continuous Followup till Closure.i.e. ESA Certified

6 Request for Quotation (RFQ) Arrange Drawings,Specification,Control Plans in common folder
Float RFQ for items to SPR Identified Suppliers including CAPEX, OPEX and Services

7 Budgetary Offers Sending RFQ to SPR Identified Suppliers for Budgetary Offers
Followup with Identified Supplier for obtaining quotes

8 E-Sourcing Preparation and Sending E-Agreements to SPR Identified Suppliers
Followup with Suppliers for E-Agreements
Updating E-Sourcing Data in Matrix form

9 SAP Updation Updation of HSN,MOQ,Source list and Leadtime in Material Master
Prepare Excel template for Mass Creation/Updation

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
