Roles & Responsibility:
**Lead Engagement**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to Direct Messages (DMs) across social media platforms.
- Initiate and maintain conversations with potential leads to guide them toward the sales funnel.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate and engaging information about products and services in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle initial-level customer queries, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

**Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Virtual consultant team to escalate qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Maintain proper records of conversations and leads in the system for tracking purposes.

**Brand Representation**:

- Act as the first point of contact for online customers, ensuring a positive and professional brand image.
- Use creative and clear language to engage customers while aligning with the brand's tone of voice.

**Improvement & Feedback**:

- Gather insights from customer interactions and provide suggestions to improve engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers with a strong command of English.
- Presentable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
