**About Us**: Fasdes is a leading institution in fashion education, dedicated to fostering creativity and innovation in the fashion industry. We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our vibrant community through dynamic social media strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote the institute’s brand, programs, and events.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.
- **Community Engagement**: Manage and grow the institute’s social media presence by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay current with social media trends and fashion industry developments to keep content relevant and innovative.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team, faculty, and students to gather content and promote events, achievements, and programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the fashion or education sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
