**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of scientific conferences and events, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop and manage conference schedules, agendas, and speaker lineups in collaboration with the organizing committee.
- Communicate effectively with speakers, panelists, delegates, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
- Handle registration processes, maintain participant databases, and address queries from attendees.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for event logistics, including venue, technical support, and catering.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
- Monitor conference budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Generate event reports, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on scientific trends and topics relevant to conferences in life sciences and related fields.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc/MSc/B.Tech/M.Tech in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharma, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with event management software/tools is an advantage.
- Passion for science and research communication.
