**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector for insurance broking services.
- **Corporate Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth targets.
- **Client Acquisition**: Target and engage with potential corporate clients across industries, presenting customized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of corporate insurance products, including Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB, and effectively communicate these offerings to clients.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- **Negotiations & Closures**: Lead negotiations and finalization of corporate insurance contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes and compliance with company policies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent approach to market positioning and brand messaging.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales, and client interactions. Provide regular updates to senior management on business growth, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- **Client Retention**: Develop long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through timely renewals and additional offerings.
- **Networking**: Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to generate business and enhance brand visibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
