**Job Title**: Insurance Sales Executive - General Insurance (Broking)

**Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai

**Industry**: Insurance Broking - General Insurance

**Experience Required**: 2-5 years in General Insurance Sales (Broking Industry Only)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify and approach potential individual and corporate clients
- Understand client insurance needs and provide customized solutions
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- **Product Knowledge & Advisory**:

- Advise clients on Motor, Health, Property, Marine, Liability, and other GI products
- Keep up-to-date with IRDAI guidelines and insurer product offerings
- **Business Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal underwriting and claims teams to deliver end-to-end service
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate proposal documentation, KYC, and onboarding as per regulatory norms
- Work in coordination with insurer partners and internal systems for policy issuance

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum **2 years of experience in General Insurance sales** (Broking firm only)
- Strong understanding of insurance products and risk assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance CRM/portal systems

**Compensation**: Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Linked)

**Reporting To**: Business Development Manager / Sales - Head

Pay: ₹146,597.05 - ₹450,000.00 per year
