Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content for our social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
- Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics and metrics to assess the performance of content and make data-driven improvements.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is delivered on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media content creator or a similar role.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with photo and video editing software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization is a plus.
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media content creation is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,550.62 - ₹10,000.00 per month
