**Job Description - YouTube Content Creator**

**Position**: YouTube Content Creator
**Department**: Media & Digital Marketing
**Location**: Erode
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns and business goals
- Write compelling copy for captions, scripts, blog posts, and product descriptions
- Capture and edit photos and videos for brand use
- Stay up-to-date with trends, hashtags, and platform best practices
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on analytics and feedback
- Maintain a content calendar and meet all production deadlines
- Repurpose content into different formats for maximum reach
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and tone of voice

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Videographer, or similar role
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram,, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (optional but a plus)
- Experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or community management
- On-camera presence or voiceover skills (if applicable to role)
- Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
