We're looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator / Influencer who can make the world of UPSC preparation engaging, relatable, and inspiring. You'll be the voice and face of our academy's social presence—creating videos, reels, and posts that educate and motivate thousands of UPSC aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create educational reels, podcasts, shorts, and interviews that simplify UPSC topics and connect emotionally with aspirants.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to convert serious topics into creative visual stories.
  • Represent the brand as a credible academic influencer, featuring student success stories, daily motivation, and current affairs insights.
  • Drive organic growth through consistent posting, trend adaptation, and influencer collaborations.
  • Plan content calendars around UPSC exam cycles, announcements, and major current events.
  • Measure and analyze engagement to optimize future campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command over English and Tamil communication.
  • Confident on camera, with good screen presence and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro) and social media analytics.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to turn serious subjects into viral, value-driven content.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and passionate about education.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience as a content creator, social media manager, or educator influencer.
  • Candidates with their own small following in the education domain are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹450,000.00 per month
