**Job Description**:
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately, achieve business goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:

- Develop innovative and creative content for social media platforms
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia content to engage various vertical of business like Product, Service, Manufacturing etc.
- Write compelling copy that captures our brand voice and resonates with target audience.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Content Planning and Scheduling
- Plan and schedule content calendars in advance to ensure consistent posting across all social media channels.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to inform content strategy.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and opportunities to join relevant conversations.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze metrics.
- Community Engagement:

- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster meaningful relationships with followers and influencers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive and inclusive online community.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Analyze data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing initiatives and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and product development to gather content and ensure messaging consistency.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, share updates, and coordinate campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
