We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content including photos, videos, and reels, primarily using your phone. You will play a crucial role in managing our Instagram and other social media channels, ensuring that our content reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Create high-quality visual content such as photos, videos, and reels using a smartphone.

Develop creative concepts and ideas for content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Capture and edit compelling visuals that tell a story and engage our audience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and features to enhance content creation strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content campaigns.

Manage and maintain our Instagram and other social media channels, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of content and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
1 to 2 years experience in content creation, particularly in photography, videography, and editing. Fresher with interest towards content creation are also preferred.

Proficiency in using smartphones for capturing and editing photos and videos.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.

Excellent creative and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.

A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in visual content creation and social media marketing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
